The Adair News, August 6, 1920:

A written opinion by Judge H. K. Evans was filed with County Clerk Cupp on Monday in the case of Mattie Martin and Lucy Campbell against school officials of Colony Township, for the collection of pay while the schools were closed during the flu epidemic last fall and winter. The opinion rendered Monday finds that the plaintiffs are not entitled to pay for the time lost.
