Sixteen Year Old Son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hasley, of Norway.

Norway Signal - The community was much grieved Monday to learn of the death of Joseph Hasley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hasley, at 2 o’clock Monday Morning. He was sixteen years old.

His illness began about three months ago with malarial fever, followed by two paralytic strokes, which left bis entire body paralyzed. He jived but 48 hours after the last stroke. Besides his parents he leaves three brothers and three sisters to mourn his early death.

The funeral services were held on Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock, at St. Michael’s church. Rev. Father Drexler officiating. A large number of friends and relatives of the deceased followed the remains to its last resting place in the cemetery north of town.
