Clear Creek School, Loretta Cassidy, teacher
Our committee, Evelyn Wiemerslage, Dorothy Welper, Mary
Mauss and James Waters prepared a surprise Valentine
party. Ruth Kasten acted as post-mistress in distributing
the valentines, and a very fine time was had.
James Waters, Evelyn Wiemerslage and our teacher have had
their dental cards signed.
Pupils receiving a specified grade for the last semester
will be exempt from the semester tests.
Ruth Kasten, Mary Mauss and Jerome Renk of the fourth
grade have made language booklets containing original
stories. They are also keeping hygiene booklets.
Dorothy Welper, Jerome Renk, Ruth Kasten, Evelyn
Wiemerslage, James Waters and Mary Mauss have received
perfect spelling certificates recently.
George Wiemerslage, Evelyn Wiemerslage and Dorothy Welper
have missed the least number of days since school began.
James Waters and George Wiemerslage have received large
reading certificates, and Elizabeth Mauss received one in
spelling.
Leslie Kasten and Elizabeth Mauss of the third grade are
having races in addition and subtraction.
Our recent visitors have been Margaret Waters, Thomas
Cassidy, Leora Zezulka, Lorrayne Ashbacher, Esther
Wiemerslage, Clara Rose Cassidy and Lucille Raftis.
Visitors are always welcome.
