Gottlieb C. & George M. Schellhammer
Gottlieb Carl and George Mattheus Schellhammer were sons of George Schellhammer and Katherine Fritz/Fitz/Vitz.
Gottlieb C. was born May 6, 1888. He registered for the draft on June 5, 1917, giving his occupation as "Laboror on Farm", employed by George Schellhammer, Center twp., Allamakee county. Gottlieb died December 16, 1962. He is buried in the Lansing Ridge cemetery.
George M. was born April 2, 1893. He registered for the draft on June 5, 1917, giving his occupation as "Laboror on Farm", employed by Jacob Marti, Makee twp., Allamakee county. In 1919 he was married to Minnie Uren, who died in 1937. He died in West Bend, Iowa on January 29, 1990 and is buried in the Lansing Ridge cemetery. WWI Discharge Record and Obituary
